MY JOURNEY INTO YOGA THERAPY

My path in Yoga Therapy began 18 years ago with massage training, which sparked a deeper curiosity and led me to explore yoga. Over the years, I earned two yoga certifications, deepening my understanding and practice. This journey has been one of self-discovery, spiritual body awareness, and natural recovery, allowing me to overcome childhood asthma and arthritis through therapeutic processes.

INSPIRATION AND PHILOSOPHY

My work is inspired by great thinkers and healers like Jiddu Krishnamurti, Arnold Ehret, Master Cheng Yen of Tzu Chi, and the late Dr. Sebi. I draw from various disciplines, including:
